Leader and Parent Training

All Cub Scouts deserve a well trained leader!

Registered leaders are required and parents should try to complete: Youth Protection Training, This is Scouting, and Fast Start Training for their specific position. Any Parent can create an account on www.myscouting.org and then watch the short trainings.

Parents are encouraged to complete: Youth Protection Training and This is Scouting (This will give parents a better understanding of the Cub Scout Program.). Create an account and then watch the videos.

District Round Table Meetings...Adult Scouters and parents from Baden Powell Chenengo district District meet the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 7:00pm at Oxford High School.

About the Pack Committee...

The Pack Committee oversees the cub scout program, plans the yearly calender, and manages the Pack's budget. All registered adults (den leaders, committee members, tiger parents, etc) are voting members in the Pack Committee. All parents are welcome to attend committee meetings and become members. The committee meets monthly, and meets in the spring to plan the following year's calender.
