The scout maintains his own pace to complete the Eagle Rank by his 18th birthday.
There are plenty of opportunities to achieve all 21 merit badges. There is year around camping, summer camps, as well junior rank instruction and some merit badge work during troop meetings. The Troop Leadership will encourage the scouts to strive and achive the ranks and requirements. The scout should address any questions with Senior Patrol Leader. Any parent with questions are encouraged to talk to the adult leadership.
